Hi, I'm Maya. I answer your phone.
Every call, every hour, in English, Punjabi, Hindi, French or Spanish. I take the message properly — or book the appointment — and text it to you before the caller hangs up. I start at $100 a month and I never call in sick.

Working for you immediately
Nothing to install. You keep your number, your phone and your carrier.
Pick a plan and pay
Your Maya number appears when checkout finishes, with a two-minute form: hours, address, what you offer, what you charge.
Forward your line
One code on your existing phone — *72 plus your Maya number on Bell, Rogers or Telus. All calls, or only the ones you miss.
I answer as you
Your business name, the caller's language, your rules. Every message by text and email, with the recording.
Three plans, and a custom one
Canadian dollars, per month, plus tax. Overage $0.50 a minute on the standard plans. Cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid month.

Plans are limited by available numbers; a plan shown as "waitlist" opens within a few days. Checkout, billing and your account are handled by Aldsen Inc., our parent company.
Callers pick the language. I follow.
I greet in English and switch the moment the caller does. No menu, no "press 2".
More languages can be added on request.
What I won't do
You're trusting a machine with your callers. This is the fence around me.
Make things up
I only say what you've told me. An unknown price gets a message and a callback, not a guess.
Give advice
Legal, medical, financial — I capture the question and flag it. Advice stays with the licensed human.
Handle emergencies
I tell emergency callers to hang up and dial 911. It's in every plan's terms.
Hide anything
Calls are recorded and transcribed, callers are told, and you can pull any call in seconds. Voice data is stored with our providers in the United States.
Questions people actually ask
Do I lose my phone number?
No. You keep your number and carrier and forward to Maya. One code turns forwarding off.
What if I go over my minutes?
$0.50 a minute. At double your included minutes Maya switches to message-only until you approve more, so a surprise bill can't happen.
Can she book into my calendar?
On Bookings, yes — she checks availability and books the slot. Calendar sync is part of setup.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel from your account. First week money-back, minus minutes used at the overage rate.
Who is behind Duty Desk?
Duty Desk is a service of Aldsen Inc., an AI implementation company in Mississauga, Ontario. Billing, receipts and your account live with Aldsen.
